Ford Fiesta 1.6 tdci (90) - Flat spot / loss of power - Dan91

Hi, I drive a Ford Fiesta 1.6 tdci 57 plate, and have a very consistent flat spot around 3100rpm. I've logged a drive in third gear and it shows the boost pressure climb to 29psi until it hits 3100rpm when it starts declining. The map sensor reading matches this. It's been driving like this a while but I can finally afford to try fix it. Also checked things like fuel pressure and air flow, can send images of the graphs taken. Any ideas?
