What % of UK drivers have points.

Is the relative number increasing or decreasing as the population of drivers goes up (& down) ?

Any idea as to % by sex or age ranges ?

What do the numbers tell us ?

This information must be published somewhere...but I cant find it.

Those numbers may not be that meaningful as it depends on the level of enforcement in particular areas
