Take it back to them, and explain, firmly, that it was working perfectly when you dropped it off. So they are resonsible for fixing it. If they refuse, ask for Vauxhall UKs details, and phone up and complain there and then.

Cheers for the reply, it's going back in on Friday. They said they would plug it in to their computer free of charge, but still claim it's not something they have done. Had to drive it to work tonight, it's probably a bit dangerous. Surely when they plug it in the dates and times of the faults will relate to when they had the car???? Or doesn't it work like that??

I am very keen to know did you get this sorted? We are having the exact same problem following the same recall. The Dealer said it was nothing to do with them, just a coincidence.
