As madf has said, Toyota warranty is 5 years.

So ensure that ALL servicing work in the book has been done by main agents, to the correct standard and the correct times / mileages, and you will have the benefit of that remaining warranty.

Do note that I say main agent servicing. This is because if it's outside the dealer network for servicing, then european law says that they can tell you to get stuffed once 3 years of the warranty is up. It is ONLY the first 3 years that qualifies under the block exemption. After that, a manufacturer can impose almost any conditions to maintain the warranty.

I would also recommend Steven Eagell group they always seem willing to do a deal. Just bought a 15 plate auris icon hybrid from them in very good condition high mileage, 17k, for a 10 month old car but the price reflected this and my PX was very fair. They are quite a trip for you though based in North London. It always seems to me the worst place to buy is South East London on price but I can also recommend Beadles who have given my brother good service before if not the best price.
