Hello,

I need some help with my Ibiza power steering that doesn't seem to work well.

The problem:

- Steering is harder than normal and it has variations, it's hard and lighter.

- It seems to get worse when hot but most times it is totally aleatory.

- The changes are progressive, doesn't get harder or lighter suddently.

- Burned two pumps in the last year (January / July).

- Second pump had the same behaviour and I'm almost sure the first one too.

- There are no errors with VCDS.

So far I did:

- Bleed the system multiple times.

- Replaced the G250 sensor.

- Changed the fluid multiple times (OEM G004000M2),

- Changed positive battery cable.

- Changed main electrical connector into the pump.

- Changed fusebox above the battery.

- Changed hydraulic lines from the pump to the rack.

- Changed the non return valve.

- Changed battery twice VARTA 60AH blue dynamic.

- Changed the cable from the steering sensor from the pump to the rack.

- Changed the cable from the alternator to the battery.

- Changed the earth cable for the engine (used by alternator).

What could it be?
