Hi all,

i wonder if anyone can help.

a few months ago someone parked that close on a road they squashed my bumper and shifted my car.

i took pics and was going to leave a note but they went while i was indoors.

i went to report it to poloce, then decided wasnt worth the hassle so i phoned cops and cancelled my complaint.

a little while after i recieved a section 172......which by all accounts is blaming me??

i could be wrong but im asking advice as i dont know if i should fill in or not.

You MUST fill it in.

Failure to do so is an offence.

You can deal with the 'who is right/wrong' bit later on.
