How can I find out what damage was involved in an insurance write off?
I have purchased an Experian search on a car due to it being an Insurance write off. It only advises of the category, it doesn't show the name of the insurance company. Is there anyway I can find this out?

Not anymore. I would walk away from anything that is a total loss, unless you know what you doing and what the damage was. This comes from an ex-insurance engineer who has been in the industry as qualified expert witness/engineer for over 20 years. Buy something else.
