I've bought a Toyota Avensis with a faulty temperature gauge. Am I entitled to a refund?

I bought a Toyota Avensis 2003 from a trader. It was for sale "sold as seen". Upon receipt of the vehicle I noticed the engine temperature gauge was faulty. Am I entitled to my money back?

Depends what you paid. If an extremely low, genuinely 'trade' price, then no. If you paid retail money, yes.
