Will changing the wheel size make the ride more comfortable?

I have a 2009 Ford Focus with 17-inch alloy wheels. What is the standard size and, if I changed to the standard size, would the ride be more comfortable?

You can switch to 15-inch wheels with 195/65 R15 tyres or 16-inch with 205/55 R16 tyres. Both will give a more comfortable ride, but I'd recommend 16-inch with 205/55 R16 Michelin Cross Climates.
