Is your table regarding tax bands for the Porsche Cayenne still accurate?

According to the DVLA website below, band K includes cars that have a CO2 figure over 225g/km but were registered before 23 March 2006 (see: www.direct.gov.uk/en/Motoring/OwningAVehicle/HowToTaxYourVehicle/DG_10012524
So any of these Cayennes that were first registered before the date above will get a £245 tax as opposed to £435 on your website. Am I right?
