Can my daughter drive a minibus converted into a motor caravan on her licence?
I have a 17 seat LDV convoy minibus that has been converted into a motor caravan as a wedding gift for my daughter. If I change the revenue weight to lower than the manufacturer states, will the road tax be cheaper? Also, my daughter passed her driving test in 2009/2010 (now aged 25), will she be able to drive this on her car licence?

Complicated issue. You need to check her licence groups. But to switch the vehicle class from a 17 seat mini bus to a motor caravan, the conversion may need to be checked out by a DVSA commercial vehicle testing centre.
