Would you recommend buying a high mileage 2002 Subaru Impreza II WRX 2.0?
I've found a 2002 Subaru Impreza II WRX 2.0, 110,000 miles, fitted with the Prodrive Performance Pack (ECU reprogramming, downpipe, exhaust). Will this be a reliable engine? From the looks of it, it's in completely stock form and the price is very good too. Should I seriously consider putting my money on this car. I've never owned one but I've read many reviews from others that are very enthusiastic regarding their choice. The only downsides are the running costs and the MPG.

Chancy. A turbo engine of this size producing over 300PS is not a recipe for long life.
