Who can I speak to confidentially about a mis-sold warranty, false MOT and other problems?

I think I have been mis-sold a warranty, given a false MOT and charged for unnecessary work on a high-end car. Is there anyone I can email or speak to confidentially? The dealer will not speak to me but I do not want to post the information on a public forum.

Yes, for the work speak to www.motorcodes.co.uk. That's what they claim to be there for. For the warranty, the financial services ombudsman.
