Should I sell my 2006 Honda FR-V?

I own a 2006 Honda FR-V 2.2 CDTi from new and I've always used Shell fuel. It's had oil changes every 8,000 miles following your advice. Apart from a couple brake caliper changes and a shock absorber, it's given me no problems. Due to a change in work location I no longer commute so only do about 7,000 miles a year. Can you suggest what the big ticket items are likely to be which would persuade me to sell now rather than run it into the ground. We no longer need a car with 3 front seats and I'm likely to downsize to a Hyundai i10 or the 2017 KIA Picanto.

Chain cam, so that should not be a problem but the waterpump might be. Will need a new dual mass flywheel and clutch at some point. Wheel bearings will eventually fail. Doesn't have a diesel particulate filter so no need to replace that. The EGR might get choked and need replacing.
