The new owner of my car keeps wracking up tickets in my name - what should I do?
I gave my friend the logbook to sell with my car. He sold the car and sent the DVLA logbook but it was lost in the post and now I've been given 12 parking tickets which have been wracked up by the new owner. I sent a letter to the DVLA but they have said they didn't receive it. I went to the police but they say they can't help me. What can I do?

Giving a car to a friend to sell with the logbook is, in the first place, illegal because in that circumstance the car would no longer be taxed or insured. I can't help you with this. You need to seek professional legal advice.
