Which fun, fast car is suitable for my son and his young family?
Sense and coming family committments have caught up with my 28-year-old son. The Porsche Boxster has gone and a replacement is required. Annual mileage is 6-8000 with some motorway drives to see family. He wants something which is fun to drive when the family isn't in it. He's looking at 1.6 or 2.0-litre Ford Focus diesel. The ST would be nice, but a let-down after the Boxster and he only has a budget of £10,000. I think a 1.6 petrol would be fine, but he wants the ST. I am saying he won't get a very recent one for that money, and it's always better to go for the newest you can. What do you think?

SEAT Leon 2.0T FR or Cupra. Can do 35mpg. Focus STs are very juicy.

I’m confused about getting a Boxster. Mid life crisis, want a car with a bit of vroom, always fancied a Porsche. Test-drove a new Boxster, very nice. Lovely engine, great handling. Unsure about a number...
I own a 09 plate Scirocco GT TDi 140, but fancy a fun cabrio that can be used as an everyday vehicle. I've £20,000 to spend, in addition to trade-in. Any suggestions?
My wife and I (in our late 50s) want a 'fun' car. We have £8,000 to spend and we're looking at either a Nissan 350Z or a Honda S2000. Your recommendation would be appreciated.
