Buying a classic C-Class – what should I check?

I am currently looking at buying a classic C-Class W202 (1998 model). It has 130k on the clock and is priced at £5700. Are there any known issues I should be aware of?

Interesting car. They sometimes crop up at Historics classic car auctions. Needs to be very carefully checked for rust because 1998 - 2003 was the period when all Mercedes rusted badly due to poor pant preparation. Anything else is here: classics.honestjohn.co.uk/reviews/mercedes-benz/c-...g
