Which car has the best seats for a driver with back problems?

I am looking for a new/nearly new car with the best seats for a driver with back problems. A friend recommends the Range Rover Sport, but I've heard that these cars are prone to reliability issues. Also, these are very expensive. I would like something reliable, comfortable and reasonably fast. What do you suggest I look at?

The more expensive the car, the better the seats. Whichever, they must have lumbar support and an adjustable tilt to the seat squab as well as height adjustment and backrest rake adjustment. But there have been some surprising advances in cheaper cars. The latest Peugeot 3008 even offers the option of massage seats: www.honestjohn.co.uk/road-tests/peugeot/peugeot-30.../
