Hyundai Terracan handing problems

My friend has a 2004 Hyundai Terracan which he has owned for a couple of years and has generally been quite happy with it. Recently, it has started to show severe handling problems, becoming quite unstable above around 40mph and rolling around corners. Do you have any idea what be causing this?

Shattered dampers, worn tyres, worn suspension bushes, and they never handled well in the first place.
