Dealer won't refund deposit after I was refused finance
I paid a £500 deposit to Mercedes-Benz for a new car. The deposit was refundable subject to finance acceptance. My finance was declined and I am now having great difficulty trying to get my deposit back. Four weeks have passed and they are being difficult. What should I do?

Tell the dealer that if he does not refund your deposit according to the contract he had with you, then you will sue him for it in the Small Claims Track of the County Court.
