Gearbox issues with Toyota Aygo auto

My Toyota Aygo is an automatic. I am a blue card disabled driver and use my car a lot to get around. I have just had the clutch replaced and now the vehicle jumps around at slow speeds, which makes it difficult to park.

Not sure what to do now do I contact the local Toyota garage to have the computer checked. The garage that did the work say that it will wear in and get better. What do you think?

This must be an MMT which isn't an automatic, it is a robotised manual and I'm afraid they are lots of trouble, often expensive. The smallest automatic with a proper torque converter transmission is a Hyundai i10, new or used, or a KIA Picanto.
