Hyundai Trajet power loss

I own a petrol Hyundai Trajet. It starts and drives fine but when you put your foot down seems very sluggish a bit like its being held back any idea what would cause this

The simplest reasons are breathing. The engine air filter might be blocked or the catalytic converter may have broken up internally and be blocking the exhaust. If it isn't one of those two it might be the mass airflow sensor.
