Car sold to me with failing lower arm rear bushes - where do I stand?

My Land Rover Discovery, bought 11 weeks and 2000 miles ago from a main Land Rover dealer, now has badly worn front lower arm rear bushes. This has caused uneven tyre wear. I still have the 'personal video presentation' in which the salesmen acknowledges my concerns about suspension wear adding he would mention it to the the service manager.
Please can you advise, what's my next step?

The dealer has to fix it. Simple as that. www.honestjohn.co.uk/carbycar/volkswagen/up-2012/?.../
The car was sold to you with failing lower arm rear bushes. There is no way you could have caused this amount of wear in 11 weeks and 2000 miles.
