Buying a used car - hybrid or diesel?
I am looking to change my 10 year old Lexus GS300 for a BMW 535D or GS450h. Both are 3 years old. Would you please offer me your advise of what you think I should go for. I am worried about the hybrid reliability buying secondhand.

The 535D is massively better to drive, but the Lexus GS450h is more environmentally friendly. Beware of big 19-inch and 20-inch wheels on both. Destroy the ride, remove any vestige of steering feel and the expensive rims are vulnerable to potholes.
