Should I buy a Kia Niro hybrid?

Have you had any feedback on peoples' experience with the Kia Niro hybrid? I am replacing our diesel Venga as I require more refinement. I have had diesels for the past 30 years and like the torque and economy. Annual mileage will be around 8000 miles, many short trips to town and a couple of journeys of 90 miles a month. Will I be disappointed with the Niro? Should I go for another diesel? Looking to spend £20-25K.

Too soon. It's only been around for a couple of months. I tested it here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/road-tests/kia/kia-niro-2016-.../ Makes a lot of sense for the type of use you describe.
