I am interested in buying a 2007 Fiat Panda 1.2 Dynamic. I have arranged to view it and, if still interested, I will test drive it tomorrow morning. Please advise what the maximum price I should pay for the vehicle is. I do not have a trade-in and I will not need finance. Although it is described as the Dynamic spec, the photographs show it has roof bars so, unless there is an error in the description, the bars must have been a customer option.
