Bought used car sold as 1-owner but it's 2-owner

I have just bought a 62/Dec 2012 Jaguar XF Portfolio, which was sold to me as one previous owner, but it's actually two previous owners. I wouldn't have bought it if I'd known.
I'd reject it and buy another, but the colour I want - caviar - is as rare as hens' teeth. I'm arguing the toss with the dealer - an authorised Jaguar main dealer - about what compensation they should offer. Do you have a suggestion as to what I might agree to so I can keep the car please?
