Why does my Ford Focus keep blowing turbochargers?

My 2006 Ford Focus blew a turbo at 50,000 miles. The replacement lasted 12 miles and was replaced under warranty. That blew in 6000 miles and was replaced in accordance with TSB 4/2008 at a cost of £2000. This has now blown in 2000 miles. The car has a full service record. What do I do now?

They didn't replace or clean the intercooler. The first blown turbo will have filled it with oil, blocking it. Then the same happened again, and again, and again.
