Is £7995 a good price for this used Nissan Note Acenta?

I have viewed a used Nissan Note with the 1.4 16v petrol engine at a Nissan dealer, and would like your advice on the price. The car is, according to the dealer, an Acenta model and was first registered in December 2008. In your review of the Note you commented that it was facelifted from January 2009 so I do not know if this is the old or facelifted model. The car has a mileage of 6705, is in Blade Metallic Silver on 15-inch alloy wheels with air conditioning and Bluetooth connectivity. The price being asked is £7995 (reduced from £8995 this weekend only, according to the advertising). With the balance of the three years' warranty until December 2011, I would welcome your advice as to the asking price. I do not have a vehicle to trade in against it and would not require any finance.

Book retail is £7325 with 22,000 miles. The low mileage only increases that by £200. So I think you may be the victim of what I might very charitably call a "marketing initiative". You can tell the facelift from the 2008 model by the different grills. They are both road tested in the HJ tests so you can compare what the two of them look like from the photos.
