Is my Vauxhall Omega's central locking fault related to a heating system problem?

I have an 03-plate 2.2-litre Vauxhall Omega with central locking problems. The back doors lock with the fob but not the front, and the front passenger door doesn't lock when using the key. Also, both front seats will not move higher or lower with the electric buttons on the side of the seats, but you can hear the motor trying to work. Also the heater on the drivers side only blows cold, whereas the passenger side works fine. Are all these related and does anyone know the remedy?

You seem to have a lot of separate electrical problems. I can't see how they are related. Doubt it would be a can bus issue. Call in a car electrical specialist.
