One year old high mileage Insignia - good used buy?

I'm planning to buy a insignia from a Vauxhall dealer. A 2014 model for £10,800. But this car has 53000 miles already on in 1 year, and has 1 key missing and original service book missing. it seems dealer has provided replacement service book but there is registry of any service done on the car.

Should I buy it if the dealer gives a 1 year warranty? Autotrader suggested dealer price is between £10,500 to £11,500.

It's quite healthy for a car to have done so many miles in such a short time, but I suspect it has not had regular oil and filter changes or services (mainly because the driver was too busy). So without solid evidence of oil and filter changes at least every 12,500 miles, do not touch this car. (I'm being generous here. I'd normally say 10,000 miles. But because this car was used so much you could get away with 12,500 mile oil and filter changes.)
