How do I buy cars in the UK and export them to Lithuania?

I want to export cars from your country to Lithuania. The cars have to be without tax and I want to find a dealer who can to sell to me.

Come to the UK and buy at auctions. British Car Auctions or Mannheim. Very simple. Pay them. Load the transporter, and drive off the same day. But you will have to set up a UK bank account and get a card in order to pay them.
