Skoda emissions scandal
Have you any idea how i go about claiming against Skoda (VW) regarding the emissions scandal?

So far, there is no reason to claim anything because you have suffered no damage. Your car continues to run normally, just as it did before news of the defeat device broke. You will suffer no additional tax or restriction on the use of your vehicle. Whatever needs to be done to fully comply with EC emissions regulations will be done from January 2016.
