Skoda Octavia ECU

We have a year 2000 Skoda Octavia estate 1.9 TDI and we'd like to know where we can find the ecu please?

We do not have details for the Mk1 but have a link for a workshop manual replacement on a Mk 2 . It could be that the location is the same.
