Paintwork issues on an Audi A4

I have corrosion on both wing arches of my Audi A4. The car has been inspected by Audi in Stirling. They claim the arches have been painted although badly rusted but I believe this is a fault at manufacture. Can you help me please?.

Have you owned the car from new? If so, you may have a case under the corrosion warranty. But this is the first case I have heard of on a B7 A4, so I suspect it was damaged and repaired before your ownership and therefore not covered by warranty.
