Ford Galaxy Powershift clutch judder

Four weeks ago my Ford Galaxy 2010 Automatic began juddering during driving a bit like misfiring. I took to Shaftesbury Ford and the diagnostics said it was a known fault - 'Clutch Judder' but Ford had no fix for it. I have a case open with head office and weekly updates from them (which tell me every time that there is still no fix) so I am stuck for over a month so far with a car that feels like it is going to stall at pull off, reverses in bunny hops and when in drive with foot break at traffic lights, rocks back and forth like it is fighting against the foot brake!

Reads like a problem with the 6-speed dry clutch Powershift clutch pack. These transmissions require a fluid change every 3 years. If that hasn't been carried out, the clutch pack suffers additional strain, showing symptoms like these.
