I recently purchased a 2013 BMW 318d SE at a car auction. In the sales brochure the car was listed as having sat nav it turns out this was wrong,

None because in a car auction you buy on the auctioneer's description, not the catalogue description. Unless the tape of the auctioneer's description shows he said it has satnav you have no case.
