When should I change my tyres due to age?
I have a BMW 520d which is six years old and has completed 56,000 miles on three of the original Goodyear runflats, which still have 4mm left. Should I consider replacement due to age or mileage. They still drive well but have a little less grip?

If you are starting to notice less grip, especially in the wet, change at 3mm. The legal limit is 1.6mm, but the safe minimum except in bone-dry weather is 3mm.
