Is my Ford Fiesta overheating?
My 2013 Ford Fiesta 1.5 TDCI cooling fan often runs after the engine has been switched off even though the coolant temperature is normal. This sometimes occurs after short journeys when the engine has barely warmed up. My previous 2010 Fiesta 1.4 TDCI never did this. Is this correct and, if so, why is it happening?

Modern diesels are designed to heat up faster, and if the 1.5TDCI has a water cooled turbo, it could generate enough heat quickly enough to need the fan to cool down.
