Does my Ford Mondeo st220 have a cam belt or chain?

Does my Ford Mondeo ST220 have a cam belt or chain? If a chain, when does this need to be replaced? It's a 2005 model

ST220 3.0V6 quad cam is chain cam. Not routinely replaced unless it stretches. Vital to keep the oil clean. Change it every 5,000 miles.
