Which estate is best for £22k?
After 220,000 miles, I've decided to get rid of my Mk3 Ford Mondeo TDCi estate. What offers similar handling and comfort? I need a car that will last 10 years and suit up to 20,000 miles a year. I have £22,000 to spend.

Mazda 6 Skyactiv 2.2 150D SE-L Nav saloon or tourer. 50mpg from the auto. 55-60 from the manual. Incredibly solidly built. Min took a heavy rear impact that destroyed the woman's Citroen C5 and merely cracked the Mazda's rear bumper valence. Buy used and get the proper handbrake.
