Fiat Panda making a strange noise

I took my Fiat Panda (2006) for a service last week. I was advised to have a chain replacement which I agreed to. From the first time I drove the car following the service and ever since I have heard water trickling/gurgling sounds from underneath the dash, mainly heard on passenger side.

I have not experienced this in all the time I have owned car (2010) and am curious as to why it has returned from a routine service with this. Should I be worried?

If something was replaced that meant draining or partially draining the coolant than what you are hearing is probably an airlock in the heater matrix.
