My car has given me a bad back - can I return it?
I bought a new Honda Jazz three weeks ago and it instantly gave me a bad back - within 48 hours and I've had to see physiotherapist. I told the dealer, but they have refused a refund. What can I do?

No legal grounds unless you can actually prove that the car was somehow faulty and gave you a bad back. But I have never ever heard of a jazz doing this so I can't help you with that.

Neatly styled. Increased room and better performance than original Jazz. better to drive. Very versatile. CVT-7 returned in February 2011 replacing i-SHIFT. More reliable than first generation Jazz.
