Will a USB stick drain my car's battery?

Does leaving a USB stick connected and/or a phone charger discharge the battery? My wife's Honda CR- has just done a 100 mile journey, yet a few days later the battery was dead. Has the USB stick done this?

Not normally, no. The reason is more likely to be a fault with the interior light 'see you out' switch remaining live. Best to always switch the light off completely so it doesn't come on when you open a door.
