Stop/start error on Qashqai

I have also experienced a recurring stop/start error on my 2013 Nissan Qashqai. The dealer says the journeys might not be long enough to provide adequate charge to the battery. I have now charged the battery overnight and the fault is still showing. Any ideas?

The battery might not be holding 13.5 - 14 volts.
