Honda Jazz existing model 2nd hand price when new model launched

I want to change my 57 plate Jazz for one about 12-18 months old. New model due out soon. Should I buy now, hang on to just before or just after launch of new model. Will price drop a lot when new model launched

When the new Jazz finally gets to the UK it might have some of the new tech engines originally developed for it that aren't in the US, Japanese or Thai market new models. As it is, I'd buy a current model 12-18 months old. I think the current Jazz is neater looking than the new one that has adopted more fussy styling. But the next generation big seller and big money earner will be the HR-V, not the Jazz.

Neatly styled. Increased room and better performance than original Jazz. better to drive. Very versatile. CVT-7 returned in February 2011 replacing i-SHIFT. More reliable than first generation Jazz.
