Increasing oil level - any idea why and is it serious?
Car was serviced 5000 miles ago. The oil level has now risen. I have checked the dipstick so it is not a faulty sensor. Any idea why and is it serious?

It's because the ECU is trying to actively regenerate the DPF but can't so, instead of burning off the soot in the DPF, the excess fuel injected into the engine is sinking into the sump. Needs attention or the engine will eventually start running of its own accord and could blow up.
