Bad bodyshop repairs - what should I do?
My 2008 Golf was recently repaired by a Volkswagen approved body shop after a small bubble appeared on the wheel arch.
On collecting my car, I found widespread scratches and damage to the pain and bodywork. My local bodyshop now quotes £945 to rectify this, but Volkswagen wants to return the car to the original bodyshop to fix. Is this reasonable? Or am I compelled to submit my pride and joy to this dubious shop again?

Take the matter to the Small Claims Track of the County Court and let a judge decide.
