Which easy access small car should my elderly neighbour buy?

My elderly neighbour drives an old Fiesta and is finding it more difficult to get in and out of it these days. What should she be looking at buying in the 'Fiesta' segment of cars?

For easy access, something like a Nissan Note or Skoda Roomster would be ideal.
