What's the best car for a 17 year old?
My Granddaughter is learning to drive, aged 17. I have agreed to buy her a small car, value between £2000 to £2500. Possibly a Ford Fiesta or Vauxhall Corsa. Can you recommend something that will suit her needs and be cheap to insure?

In this price range a Fiesta 1.25 or 1.4 is far better and more reliable than a Corsa. But a Yaris 1.0 or 1.3 is better still.
